>> it is 5:05. golden gate bridge district officials are holding a hearing to determine the maximum speed limit at the toll lazy when the bridge begins all electronic tolling. on wednesday the bridge will no longer accept cash at the toll lazy and drivers will not have to stop. officials want to increase the maximum speed through specified toll lanes from the current 15 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour. the adviced speed for fast track right now is just five miles per hour. officials say the increase speed will maximize safe and efficient use of the new toll-taking technology. >> police are sending for former high school level baseball coach who is wanted on an arrest war rapt in contra costa county. the 52-year-old joel kaufman is wanted for molesting a teenage boy and secretly filming another boy in a bathroom. some of the charges date back eight years and the sheriff deputies says there could be other victims.

arrest warrant. police cannot find him. there are other victims they thing out there this they don't know about and are asking anyone who knows anything to please come forward. joel kaufman's home shows no sign of life. >> for 20 years, not a word. not a hello. nothing, he comes out of the garage, drives down the street and never turns his head or never said hello. >> here are the charges that police want him for: three felonies and two misdemeanor counts to molesting a boy under the age of 14. that was between september 2005 and june of 2012. police say they also want him for another misdemeanor for videotaping another child while that boy was this the bathroom. he was arrested in july after parents complained but he was not charged with anything.

police say shortly after that he attempted suicide. police say they have searched his home and san leandro and they can not find him. parents at the batting cages were shocked with a dad saying he hopes the charges are not true. >> san mateo police officers will be at a while this morning as a precaution after someone posted threats against the school on facebook. yesterday morning, a student who administered an anonymous confessional page saw a rambling threat against the school for today and police will now say the specific threat was but the most serious threat not posted in advance on upon particular online forums but they will not take chances with safety so they have a heightened presence on campus. the elementary next to the high school was also notified. >> dogs of customers do not have power in san francisco after a

power line fell and caught a utility pole on fire before 2:00 a.m. there were more than 3,500 left without power at one point. the electricity was restored to all but 160 customers and they picket the power to be fully restored by 10:00 this morning. >> police will reveal details of a fatal swat stand off that forces dogs from their homes yesterday afternoon between police and an armed man holed up inside a house on sutter and indiana streets. we were over the scene as armored police vehicle came up to the house. neighbors say the man came to this home for money. the couple who owns the house cared for him in the past but they were not home. when police arrived he ran into the house. >> they started coming in closer, come out with your hands up and to seconds later, evacuate the houses next door and started shooting, bam, bam,

bam, and we all dropped to the ground. >> police evacuated the block and say he poked a shut gun at the window and several officers fired back. the map was found dead in the house when they went in. >> this only, san jose police are investigating a pair violent armed robberies. they were by the very same knife wielding suspect. the robberies happened in the neighborhood where investigators say the suspect believed male juvenile, demanded money from the first victim at 19th and san antonio street at 9:30. he stabbed the 42-year-old victim what was taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening wound and ten minutes later a 50-year-old was approach by a similar robber waving a pocket knife at 22nd and san antonio. the second victim was struck in the head with an unknown object and suffered a minor injury. >> two pedestrians are recovering this morning after a car hit them in san francisco. it happened at the intersection of west portal avenue before

10:00 last night when a man and woman were in the crosswalk and hit. the fire dispatch says one was kitally injured and the driver stayed at the scene. >> new oakland audit accused two city council members are violating city rules. the oakland tribune reports that the city auditor found council megs brooks and reed to swing to a lucrative contract for $2 million. brooks negotiated part of contract herself and tunneler's v has close ties to brooks and reed. they lost the contract when the city manager stepped in and ordered a competitive bidding contract. the auditor says the findings will be forwarded to the district attorney. >> president obama complete add joint news conference with palestinian authority president abass a short time ago on the second day of the middle east trip. the president left israel and
